How can I book my Ichnos Tour Online?
- At the right side of each tour on every page, fill your details (no. adults and kids), choose a date and click BOOK NOW.
There is no place available online. What do I do?

- In any of the above cases, our experienced staff will handle your booking request within 6 hours and will contact you regarding confirmation and /or alternative date or route
- We continuously monitor the systems of all ferry companies for possible cancelations. Through our long-term partnerships that we have with the ferry companies we are almost certain that we will provide you with the best available option for your trip
Which are the necessary travel documents that I should have with me on pick up?
- Proof of Identification (ID or passport)
Which is the shortest permissible period for booking?
- 24 hours before the scheduled tour. A prerequisite is to receive the final e-mail confirmation once will deal with your tour reservation.
Ichnos discount coupons or vouchers. How i do enable them?
- Each tour company has its own discount policy. Most companies do not offer all available discounts online.
- With us at Ichnos, you can take advantage of all available discounts offered only on this present site.
- If you are looking for a discount described in “Ichnos – Tours & Excursions”, but it is not available in our online system, you can make your reservation by phone at + 30 26610 21300, or info@ichnos.gr or send us a request here and we shall provide it for you
Can I use a different pick up and drop off point?
- Typically not. You can still send us a request here or contact us on +30 26610 21300 and we will be happy to assist you in case the drop off point is scheduled on the tour
I’m not staying in a hotel, what is the closest pick up point?
- You will need to provide the nearest major hotel to where you are staying, and enter these details as the pick up in your booking request. Alternatively you can make your way to the main departure point.
I made my purchase online from Ichnos, How do i know if it is successful?
- After your order has been placed you will receive an automated copy of your order together with an automated copy of your payment receipt.
- Our team will deal with your reservation and secure your presence in the current tour. You shall received a final e-mail confirmation of your booking reservation 24 hours before the tour.
How can I pay for a tour I have booked over the phone?
- By credit card (Ichnos offers a secure online payment system)
- With bank deposit
- Through online Banking
- With cash at our office
How secure is a credit card payment?
- Ichnos, uses the online payment system of Alpha Bank of Greece, providing you with security encryption of 128 bit, the best security system offered by modern technology
- The whole process of payment is carried out in the Alpha Bank’s SecureWeb service
- When performing your payments by credit card, your details are not stored and are not known to us
What is the Alpha SecureWeb service?
- “Alpha SecureWeb” e-service protects you against unauthorised online transactions, offering you an extra security level when you make your online purchases.
- Every time you make online transactions, you need to enter a One Time Password (OTP), which is sent to the mobile phone you’ve registered for the card you use.
- The Alpha SecureWeb service is provided in partnership with Visa, MasterCard and American Express and applies to all debit and credit cards issued by Alpha Bank for purchases from e-shops displaying the ‘Verified by Visa’, ‘MasterCard Secure Code’ and/or ‘Amex Safe Key’ signs.
On the day of my tour, when I should arrive at the pick up point?
- You should be at the pick up point at least 15 minutes before departure time
Anagrammatism and minor errors in the passengers name information
- In any case, if a mistake has been made to the information you provide during your reservation (eg. name, surname) contact us immediately so, if necessary, we can perform the necessary arrangements
Are pets allowed on tour?
- We love animals! But, unfortunately pets are not allowed on our tours. However, pets can be allowed upon request in some types of private tours only
Is there any assistance provided for disabled, elderly or passengers in need of assistance?
- You can send your request to info@ichnos.gr, use our contact form or call +30 26610 21300 in order to register for any special assistance. Our experienced team will offer you the best seat selection, depending on your preferences and facilities of each bus or mini bus
- Most buses have specially designed areas for elderly and/or disabled, and our staff is always willing to help. Please let us know at least 24 hours before departure
Are you offering special group rates?
- Ichnos is specialized to groups and privates tours so please fulfill your request at the Group Services, mail us at info@ichnos.gr
I would like a private tour for myself and/or my group
- Ichnos offers a wide range of individual private tours if our scheduled tours is not what you were asking for we will be glad to help you customize your tour (Greece option only). Please contact us with your request and we will do our best to satisfy your request.
Can I change/amend my booking?
- It may be possible to amend your booking, however this depends upon the type of amendment required and is at the discretion of the travel service provider. Contact us or call us at +30 26610 21300 with your current booking number and specific details of your amendment, and we will be able to advise if the change/amendment is possible.
What do I do if I am delayed for my tour?
- There is no guarantee that you will be able to join your tour on a later departure, as they may be fully booked. Please allow sufficient time, whenever possible, to reach the departure point in time for your tour. Check also for cancellation penalties.
What happens if when I get there, the tour is not running due to unforeseen circumstances?
